For our first time Solas Travelers, the reservation phase is surprisingly satisfying. Why? Well, because once we have secured your pertinent documents and preferred payment method, we manage all the bookings and deposits. Every confirmation will be included in your personalized itinerary, with thoughtful details woven in. We’ll also review insurance policies, visa details and any additional necessities required.

We will meticulously pour over all the details you’ve shared and begin crafting your itinerary alongside our trusted international partners. We’ll then present this work to you. We cherish this process with our clients, as many often wish to collaborate on refining a few details to ensure it suits their vision. If you prefer we handle everything and you experience the magic once the wheels are up, that’s fine with us! We’ll work with you until everything is to your liking.

Design Time

In order to move forward with your personalized travel design, we’ll ask for our signed agreement to be returned. Once received, we will process the planning fee deposit.
